Mental Health Services

If you’ve been through something hard, you already know how it lingers.

Maybe you find yourself on edge, feeling disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t want but can’t seem to change. Maybe it feels like no one really understands how much effort it takes just to get through the day.

You’re not alone in this. Trauma responses are human responses. They make sense, even if they don’t feel good. And with the right support, it is absolutely possible to feel more grounded, more present, and more yourself again.

This is a space where you don’t have to explain everything or share more than you’re ready for. You get to set the pace. My role is to sit with you, help calm the nervous system, and walk with you as you begin to feel steadier and more hopeful about your future.

You’ve already survived so much. Therapy is about helping you move beyond survival—toward a life that feels safer, freer, and more authentically yours.

Counseling | $175 per 50 minutes

I offer individual therapy for those who are living with the lasting effects of trauma. Whether your experiences are from childhood, relationships, or other painful events, therapy is a place to sort through what feels overwhelming and find steadiness again.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin. Our work can focus on whatever feels most pressing—calming the constant hypervigilance, moving out of freeze, finding relief from anxiety, or gently exploring the story itself when you feel ready.

At its heart, therapy with me is about creating safety, understanding, and hope. It’s a space to remember that you’re not alone, you’re not “too much,” and that healing is possible—one step at a time.

Neurofeedback [Through NeuroLogic Seattle]

In addition to talk therapy, I partner with Neurologic Seattle to offer neurofeedback—a non-invasive approach that helps the nervous system learn to regulate itself. Neurofeedback uses real-time feedback from your brainwave activity to support greater focus, calm, and emotional balance.

Sessions are gentle and brief, designed to help your brain reorient toward more functional patterns over time. Most clients complete between 10–20 sessions, attending once or twice a week for best results.

Neurofeedback is not a replacement for therapy—it’s another pathway toward healing. While therapy helps you understand and process your experiences, neurofeedback helps your nervous system experience steadiness and resilience from the inside out.

All neurofeedback services are provided through Neurologic Seattle, in coordination with your ongoing therapeutic work as appropriate.
