I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of rhythm in their lives and relationships. Therapy with me is intentionally paced and collaborative, focused on noticing patterns and supporting changes that carry into everyday life.
How I think about this work
Mental health doesn’t exist in isolation. It shows up in how we relate to others, how we handle stress, how we rest, and how we move through our days. My work is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface — without rushing or oversimplifying it.
