On-Going Support
Therapy is about more than talking through what happened. It's about understanding how your experiences have shaped the way you think, relate to others, and respond to stress—and using that understanding to create meaningful change.
Together, we'll look at the full picture. That might include exploring the impact of past experiences, current relationships, chronic stress, physical symptoms, sleep, work, values, or the ways your nervous system has learned to adapt over time. Rather than focusing on one symptom or one diagnosis, I aim to understand how all of these pieces interact and influence your daily life.
My approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with neuroscience, psychoeducation, and practical skill-building. I want you to leave sessions not only feeling heard, but with a clearer understanding of what's happening in your mind and body, why it makes sense, and what you can do moving forward.
Every person's story is different, which is why therapy shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. We'll work collaboratively to build an approach that fits your goals, your strengths, and the life you're trying to create.
Brief Solution-Focused Therapy
These designed for people looking for short-term, focused support—typically over the course of 1–4 sessions. Whether you're home from college for a break, adjusting to a new job, preparing for a difficult conversation, navigating a relationship challenge, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to identify your goals and create a plan that's practical and tailored to your needs.
Neurofeedback through NeuroLogic
In addition to individual counseling, I partner with Neurologic Seattle to provide LENS neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a brain-based intervention that supports the nervous system in learning more adaptive patterns of regulation. Using EEG feedback, the brain is guided toward states associated with calmness, focus, and flexibility.
It can be especially helpful for clients experiencing high levels of anxiety, difficulty sleeping, feeling stuck in high alert or shutdown, or trouble settling into calm states.
