Sessions are more structured and action-oriented, with an emphasis on identifying practical steps, building on existing strengths, and creating change within a defined timeframe. This option works well for people seeking clarity, problem-solving, or support around a particular situation.

Ongoing Therapy

Ongoing therapy offers space for deeper, open-ended work over time. Sessions are less structured and allow room to explore patterns, relationships, nervous system responses, and long-standing concerns as they unfold. This approach is well-suited for people who want sustained support, reflection, and gradual change that integrates into everyday life.

Neurofeedback through NeuroLogic

In addition to individual counseling, I partner with Neurologic Seattle to provide LENS neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a brain-based intervention that supports the nervous system in learning more adaptive patterns of regulation. Using EEG feedback, the brain is guided toward states associated with calmness, focus, and flexibility.

It can be especially helpful for clients experiencing high levels of anxiety, difficulty sleeping, feeling stuck in high alert or shutdown, or trouble settling into calm states.
