Pricing & Insurance Information

I believe financial transparency is an important part of ethical care. Therapy works best when expectations are clear, and clients feel empowered to make informed decisions about their time, energy, and resources. While I do not bill insurance or communicate with insurance companies directly, I provide clear pricing and optional superbills so clients can independently explore out-of-network reimbursement if that feels supportive. My goal is to reduce uncertainty around the financial aspect of therapy, so you can focus more fully on your work and well-being.

  • Individual 50-Minute Session: $175

    Individual 75-Minute Session: $250

    Family Session (75-minute only): $350

  • A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes the information insurance companies typically require for out-of-network reimbursement. It reflects the services provided and the fees paid but does not guarantee reimbursement.

  • Clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement may submit their superbill directly to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. I provide superbills upon request; however, I do not submit claims to insurance companies or communicate with insurers on clients’ behalf. Coverage, reimbursement amounts, and payment timelines are determined by your insurance plan.

Because I practice under clinical supervision, insurance companies may require the credentials and information of my approved clinical supervisor when reviewing out-of-network claims. While I provide a superbill to support clients who choose to seek reimbursement, some insurance plans may deny claims if supervisory information is missing or does not meet their internal requirements. For transparency, my supervisor’s information is listed below; however, reimbursement decisions are made solely by the insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed.
